Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with an online purchase, you may return the product and get a voucher for the exact amount (minus the shipping cost) to use on the website, within 7 days of receiving your order. We will not entertain any requests after 7 days of purchase. The reason for dissatisfaction must be discussed with our customer support, after which the case will be independently reviewed by the Head of Support and the matter decided. If the issues presented are deemed valid, then the return of the purchase and subsequent voucher will be authorized.
